Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and support for skilled nursing facilities regarding business office processes
- Lead training and implementation of billing processes, monitoring compliance and accuracy
- Consult and guide Business Office Managers, and participate in continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in billing and collections within long-term care
- Prior accounts receivable experience required
- Experience with Managed Care billing and processes required
