RCM Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Project Specialist responsible for overseeing and executing special projects related to Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute RCM projects including claim corrections, audits, and balance reconciliation
• Identify and track accounts affected by migration errors or structural changes
• Assist with ticket resolution and general billing responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental billing or revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of dental/ortho billing and claims submission requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with special projects or office transitions preferred
