Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Group Therapy Lead specializing in Maternal Mental Health for a telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions in a telehealth setting for patients with maternal mental health conditions
• Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to enhance care delivery and share feedback
• Develop and conduct group facilitation training and guides for the therapist team

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed as a counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in California
• Experience in facilitating online group therapy, preferably for prenatal and postpartum families
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy
• Familiarity with best practices for structuring and leading therapeutic groups
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and electronic health records
