Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, NSA Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in evaluating complex provider claims disputes related to NSA legislation and develop client payment offers
• Monitor arbitration case loads, ensuring compliance with federal and state deadlines and quality performance metrics
• Conduct training and provide coaching to team members to enhance performance and manage workloads effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with two years of experience in healthcare operations; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with sound business judgment
• Adept knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within specified parameters
