• Provide expertise in implementing Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules
• Configure compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across multiple countries
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance user experience for HR transactions and approval workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday
• Certification as Workday Pro for HCM and Advanced Compensation
• Proven understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance
