- Provide expertise in implementing Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules
- Configure compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across multiple countries
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance user experience for HR transactions and approval workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday
- Certification as Workday Pro for HCM and Advanced Compensation
- Proven understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance
