A company is looking for a CRM Solution Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales proposals and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions
- Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, assessing client needs and recommending solutions
- Develop implementation plans and project scope documentation to ensure feasibility and profitability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce preferred
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
