Europe Policy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Europe Policy Manager, Electricity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement electricity system advocacy strategies impacting EU legislation and policies
• Conduct policy analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations for energy system policies at the EU level
• Engage with stakeholders and represent the organization in policy discussions and consultations

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in energy policy, economics, environmental science, law, engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in energy-related contexts, focusing on markets, systems planning, or clean energy integration
• Familiarity with EU electricity and energy systems policies is a plus
• Experience with EU decision-making processes and institutions is advantageous
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a strong asset
