Key Responsibilities
- Provide organizational design expertise and lead transformation initiatives across the organization
- Build and implement strategies for organizational design, improving processes and structures
- Create executive-level presentations and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in organizational design
- 3+ years of formal consulting experience
- 3+ years of analytics experience with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven executive leadership presence and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of People Team specialties
