Job Summary
A company is looking for a Triage Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of users' needs for non-medical counseling and work/life services
- Mentor new and less experienced triage consultants and ensure calls meet service standards
- Deescalate callers and respond to high-risk cases while documenting all interactions in the Case Management System
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related fields
- Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
- Contact/call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations
- Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services is preferred
