Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rippling Implementation Consultant II to assist clients with the implementation and optimization of their HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks
• Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify needs, design solutions, and ensure data accuracy during project phases

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role
• Expert knowledge of multiple modules within Rippling, including implementation and custom reporting
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems, such as API and EDI
• Understanding of PII data governance and ability to maintain confidentiality
