ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - Finance and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow finance and procurement workflows for process design and implementation
• Manage finance shared services, including workspace finance cases and ERP integration
• Consult on Procurement Service Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and Finance Operations Management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• 8+ years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain
• CSA certification is essential
• BPC certification is essential
• Micro-certification in S2P ServiceNow Supply Chain and Workflow Data Fabric is preferred
