Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Fraud Specialist to establish and mature their fraud investigation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive fraud investigation department
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate various types of fraud including subscription, SIM swap, impersonation, SMiShing, and roaming fraud
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop fraud detection strategies and response protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fraud prevention and investigation, preferably in telecoms, ISPs, or online services
- Strong understanding of fraud typologies and mitigation techniques
- Experience in setting up or scaling fraud operations or investigative teams
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS)
