Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute the commercial plan for assigned book of business, ensuring team P&L success
• Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Client Associates to drive client engagement and project delivery
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' business strategies to identify growth opportunities and maximize relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in expert networking, primary research, or financial services
• 3-5 years of account management experience, including managing a sizable book of business
• Prior experience in Private Equity, Consulting, or Buy Side Asset Management preferred
• Experience in people management, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Proficiency in account management tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft PowerBI
