Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Strategy Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic benefits consultant to employer clients, driving adoption of HDHPs and HSAs
• Lead data-driven consultative engagements with internal teams to deliver measurable results for clients
• Analyze client data and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights that enhance client program goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering, analytics, or finance
• 8+ years of experience in health benefits, including relationship management or consulting
• Experience with Consumer Directed Benefits (HSA, FSA, etc.)
• High proficiency in analytics, statistics, and financial modeling
• Strong project management and client engagement experience
