Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Impact Partner to enhance the impact of diverse project teams focused on sustainability and social equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project teams to ensure alignment and collaborative problem-solving
• Provide strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring tailored support and resources
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and innovation while identifying risks and inefficiencies to enhance project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a consultant or leader in client services, with a focus on coaching and mentoring teams
• Proven experience in entrepreneurship or nonprofit startup environments, with a mission-driven focus
• Content-area expertise in climate, ocean and land conservation, sustainable food systems, or clean energy
• Knowledge of change management principles and project management skills
• Ability to foster cross-team communications and navigate diverse team cultures effectively
