A company is looking for an Advisory and Planning Consultant who will provide financial wellness and retirement solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and financial planning support to participants
- Conduct an average of 30 phone calls per day to educate and advise clients on retirement planning
- Track account history and customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- 4+ years of sales/service experience in financial services or the 401(k) industry
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required
- CRPC designation required within established timelines
- 1 - 2 years of inside sales experience preferred
