Job Summary
A company is looking for a Requirements Specialist Lead to support the Department of the Navy's Risk Management Information initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Team Lead overseeing a team of Requirements Specialists
- Review and validate requirements and policy documents
- Develop initial roadmaps and process diagrams, adjusting as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing a team, including recruiting and training staff
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass a Tier 3 background investigation
- Current credentials in relevant information technology and software development practices preferred
