Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives
• Gather and document complex business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in software development or IT
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed software specifications
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Salesforce products or related SaaS tools
• Experience mentoring analysts and conducting training sessions for stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is desired; industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce are highly valued
