Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with QA and development teams for testing and feature validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a SaaS or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON payloads, and data mapping
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with warehouse management, order management, or fulfillment workflows
