UX Research Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Research Consultant to join on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert research consultations to Premier customers, guiding them through research challenges
• Conduct one-on-one Power Sessions, advising on research methods and test design
• Support internal teams to maximize Premier value for customers

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of UX research methods and data analysis techniques
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in UX research, analysis, or a related role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Computer Science
• Experience providing consultative research services is highly valued
• Familiarity with the UserTesting platform is a strong plus
