Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, and counseling services in a call center environment
• Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to develop immediate action plans
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
• 1+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services preferred
• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience preferred
• Availability to work Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST
