A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer focused on Apple technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for Apple device and lifecycle opportunities
- Develop and deliver Apple-centric presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with Apple best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on Apple technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager
- Experience with device lifecycle management, including refresh planning, deployment, and ITAD
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
