A company is looking for a Senior Capability Analyst to lead Scrum teams and support Agile development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner and provide oversight for specific projects
- Translate business problems into Requirements/User Stories and facilitate backlog management
- Ensure cross-team collaboration and support Release Management activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in a pharmacy-related role
- 3+ years of Project management or Demand management experience
- Experience with project methodology including requirements, design, development, and implementation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analyzing large data sets
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and managing deliverables and timelines
