Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and manage applications from carriers, instruct clients on paperwork completion, and ensure proper submission for implementation
  • Communicate final approvals from carriers to clients, providing necessary documentation and plan details
  • Maintain database management and documentation, including tracking correspondence and entering information into Microsoft CRM
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs preferred
  • Current life and health insurance license required
