Investigator Contracts Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Contracts / Site Contracts Lead - FSP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and execute global clinical study agreements with clinical investigator sites
• Manage the Per-Subject Cost process and oversee site budgeting activities
• Collaborate with various divisions to resolve issues and improve site contracting processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in clinical study budgets and site contracting negotiation
• Knowledge of principles and practices in clinical trial operations
• Experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant experience, or a Juris Doctorate with lesser experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
