Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to align business processes with system functionality in the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives in relation to business plans and industry requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analyses for current-state assessments and future-state planning
• Develop detailed functional specifications and provide expert insight into system configurations

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x across multiple functional areas
