A company is looking for a Workforce Optimization Consultant to shape workforce planning strategy through advanced forecasting and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine forecasting models for workforce planning and budget allocation
- Partner with leadership to align staffing models with business goals and conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Guide junior team members and promote best practices in workforce planning analytics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning, preferably in contact center environments
- Results-driven project leader with a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, and advanced SQL for data analysis
- Working knowledge of workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Aspect)
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting
