Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed business and system requirements
• Translate customer needs into user stories, process flows, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Work with cross-functional teams to support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Desired: Master's degree or MBA in a related field
• Desired: Professional certifications such as IIBA-CBDA, PMP, CRM, CSM, or CSPO
• Desired: 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
