- 3-7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy or related roles
- Skilled in diagnosing pipeline and ACV challenges and designing targeted initiatives for growth
- Experience partnering with product marketing to equip sales with necessary resources
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Previous experience with digital channels
