Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Services Consultant II (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a caseload of mid-size and large retirement plans, providing expertise and guidance
- Advocate for clients' interests in Retirement Operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Analyze federal regulatory changes affecting retirement plan administration and communicate relevant information to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of retirement plan experience in areas such as plan design, administration, and federal regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan administration concepts, policies, and procedures
- ASPPA Designations preferred
