Florida Licensed Supervising Psychiatrist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervising Psychiatrist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for individuals with mild to moderate conditions
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers (APPs) to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve psychiatric care tools and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO)
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in Florida or eligibility for expedited licensure
• Experience supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.)
• Preferred: additional state licensure or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: DEA registration or willingness to obtain with support
