Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consulting resource for multiple digital banking conversion projects
• Conduct complex solution design sessions to gather client information and project requirements
• Mentor team members and assist with knowledge transfer and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of technical background and customer-facing experience
• 3+ years of application troubleshooting or experience in the financial technology industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Previous financial technology experience
• Experience in application troubleshooting, development, or consulting
