A company is looking for a Business Consultant/Supply Chain Consultant with Japanese and English speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects and optimize supply chain and retail planning processes
- Analyze KPIs and customer data to drive decisions, and configure tools based on customer requirements
- Deliver training to customer teams and support pre-sales activities as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and full professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting
- Experience in retail/wholesale for grocery or fashion sectors
- Familiarity with value generation in supply chain or merchandising planning processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related fields is preferred
