Implementation Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II, Digital Storefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for Financial Institutions (FIs) to ensure successful implementation of Compliance Systems products
• Drive issue and process management using internal tools and ensure adherence to processes
• Learn and optimize the use of Compliance Systems' product functionality to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• 2 - 4 years of work experience in banking/financial services technology
• Previous experience implementing software products
• Strong service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs
