Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II, Digital Storefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for Financial Institutions (FIs) to ensure successful implementation of Compliance Systems products
- Drive issue and process management using internal tools and ensure adherence to processes
- Learn and optimize the use of Compliance Systems' product functionality to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 4 years of work experience in banking/financial services technology
- Previous experience implementing software products
- Strong service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs
