Business Analyst IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst IV to support Sales and Service applications and the Transact system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps
• Support the QA team by creating and executing manual test cases via Test Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight (8) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
• Exposure to banking operations such as account opening and loan processing
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and using Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of functional analysis and user workflows
