Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Proposal Specialist II to manage the development of Federal market proposals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings, define expectations, and manage proposal schedules
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and win themes for proposals
• Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals and manage proposal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in developing proposals for government clients
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and Federal Markets
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of regional and local proposal submission requirements
