HEOR Strategy Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEOR Strategy Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of HEOR strategies for a Parkinson's Disease launch asset
• Design and implement real-world evidence studies and coordinate with stakeholders to generate HEOR insights
• Support the development of economic models and communicate research findings to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field (PhD preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in HEOR within pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting settings
• Proficiency in real-world evidence generation and economic model development
• Strong project management skills, including budget tracking and timeline management
• Experience with observational studies and health outcomes research
