Senior Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently on multiple client engagements, providing guidance during design, configuration, and testing
• Support clients during Annual Events and maintain communication with Engagement Managers regarding project status
• Partner with the Sales team as a Subject Matter Expert and stay updated on Workday enhancements and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm
• HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required
• Preferred certifications include Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, and Launch
• Experience in troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
