Job Summary

A company is looking for a Usability Researcher (contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods UX research studies for Office products, focusing on PowerPoint
• Analyze and synthesize research data to generate actionable insights and conduct usability testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and track the impact of research on development

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience in the field
• 2+ years of experience conducting UX research in technical domains
• Experience with AI tools and design software such as Figma
• Proven ability to analyze research data and present findings effectively
• Experience conducting research globally and managing time independently
