Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst (AI Center of Excellence).

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains technical relationships with stakeholders, analyzing their business objectives and expectations
• Evaluates stakeholder business requirements and converts them into detailed technical specifications, guiding them through the AI Center of Excellence Delivery Process
• Acts as the primary point of contact for communication between stakeholders and internal teams, while documenting stakeholder system environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Typically 3-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with reporting, Smartsheets, Jira, and issue analysis
• Knowledge of financial services and requirements gathering
• Ideal candidates may be preparing for PMP exams or aspire to be a Technical Product Owner
