A company is looking for a Change Management & Training Manager for Enterprise Software Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise software rollouts, including stakeholder engagement and adoption planning
- Design and deliver training programs for diverse user groups, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Conduct impact assessments and facilitate workshops and onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in change management and training for enterprise software implementations
- Experience with LIMS implementations (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage)
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience designing and delivering training in both in-person and virtual formats
