Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forensic Evidence Collection Capacity Development Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate virtual capacity development workshops using pre-existing curriculum with interactive elements
• Provide expert guidance on survivor-centered care principles and forensic evidence collection techniques
• Assess participant learning needs and monitor training effectiveness, documenting lessons learned for future initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in capacity development for health professionals and human rights defenders, particularly in forensic evidence collection
• Fluency in English is required
• Experience working on human rights issues in conflict-affected areas of Africa
• Availability to complete deliverables in August, September, and October 2025
• Self-motivated and proactive, with proven skills in documentation of human rights violations
