A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant to guide new owner partners in launching or enhancing their vacation rental businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue
- Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from sign-up through activation
- Utilize market-specific data to set performance expectations and make critical business decisions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of consultative sales, project management, or customer service experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Foundational sales skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
