Senior Business Analyst - Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Insurance to join their Insurance Product & Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for personal and commercial P&C insurance lines
• Collaborate with various business areas to provide insights and support on insurance topics
• Work cross-functionally on projects, supporting agile development and providing insurance knowledge for solution design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business/Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the US P&C Insurance Industry
• Knowledge of Policy Administration Systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek)
• Proven ability to document business requirements and rules as an analyst
• Experience in operations (underwriting or claims) is a plus
