Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical operational and research projects
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and perform statistical analyses for data reporting
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of data interpretation materials

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Psychological Measurement, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
• Training in psychometric research and statistics, including item response theory and sampling theory
• Related experience in assessment systems and statistical analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team within a consulting environment
• Excellent computer programming skills, particularly in R programming
