Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Psychologist specializing in Law Enforcement Pre-Employment Evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment psychological evaluations for peace officer applicants
• Administer and interpret standardized psychological assessments
• Prepare legally compliant reports indicating Fit or Not Fit for Duty status

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Texas psychologist license in good standing
• Authorized to conduct psychological evaluations under TCOLE Rule 217.1
• Experience with law enforcement psychological screenings preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant documentation practices
