Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare illustrations for Defined Contribution plans and clarify compliance issues
- Coordinate plan design and review calls with new clients to communicate plan rules and regulations
- Act as a technical resource and subject matter expert, providing guidance to team members throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of compliance and full cycle annual administration experience required
- Experience in high-touch, direct client service
- Experience with retirement plan implementation or conversion preferred
- Basic MS skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
