Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare illustrations for Defined Contribution plans and clarify compliance issues
  • Coordinate plan design and review calls with new clients to communicate plan rules and regulations
  • Act as a technical resource and subject matter expert, providing guidance to team members throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of compliance and full cycle annual administration experience required
  • Experience in high-touch, direct client service
  • Experience with retirement plan implementation or conversion preferred
  • Basic MS skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
