A company is looking for a Service Portfolio Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the technical evolution of post-sales service offerings, ensuring customer value and differentiation
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve portfolio offerings and service delivery
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously optimize service offerings and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3+ years hands-on design and programming experience in an object-oriented language, preferably Java or .NET
• 5+ years of consulting, presales, or support experience with application-focused software
• Architectural understanding of JEE or .NET platforms and willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience with data presentation and performance tuning in large multi-tier applications
