A company is looking for an Agile Facilitator to ensure the proper implementation of Agile methodologies and support team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct understanding and implementation of Agile frameworks and methodologies, organizing necessary ceremonies
- Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress while fostering a collaborative environment
- Provide guidance and coaching on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience working within digital teams
- 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder management
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
- Advanced skills in Agile methodologies and facilitation
