Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Consultant (AI Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/optimization projects from concept to deployment, collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams
• Design and implement simulations to model complex systems and develop custom optimization algorithms
• Mentor junior consultants and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Operations Research, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in solving complex optimization or simulation problems
• Strong background in mathematical modeling, simulation, and operations research
• Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi or CPLEX
• Proficiency in Python or Julia, with familiarity in ML/AI frameworks
